ndrea is a rising LPGA Tour star, and her first win at the Portland Classic 2022 was a event to remember. Lee was a winner at every level, including her collegiate golf career during her time at Standford University where she earned nine victories, and was ranked for 17 weeks at the top of the Women's Amateur from the World. Following her win of the Mark H. McCormack Award for the highest ranked women's amateur in the world following the completion of the season in 2019, Lee turned professional. Andrea Lee, born 15 August 1998 in Los Angeles. She began playing golf when she was just 5 under the tuition of her father James. At age 8 She began competing in tournaments, and within 4 years, she had earned 50 junior titles. She reached her finals at the US Women's Open 2014 at Pinehurst No. age 15 along with her dad alongside her as caddie. The 15-year-old was given a sponsor's invitation to the 15th ANA Inspiration on the LPGA Tour however she missed the cut by one shot. Lee played for the USA in the Junior Ryder Cup Junior Solheim Cup Curtis Cup and the Women's World Amateur Team Championship. When she joined Stanford University in 2016 she was the highest-ranked athlete in the history of the university in that moment. Over the next three years she took home nine individual championships. Lee left Stanford University and turned pro in the year 2019. Her amateur career included 17 weeks of playing at the highest in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Lee, who finished her career as the best amateur, was awarded an award called the Mark H. McCormack 2019 Medal. Lee's amateur record included four holes in one and a albatross. In her debut season as a player on the LPGA Tour, Lee had two top 10 results. She was 7th at the AIG Women's Open in 2020 that was played in the Kingsbarns Golf Links.
